Reviewers Guidelines
The Axinova International Journal of Education invites qualified academicians, researchers, educators, scholars, and professionals from around the world to join its Editorial Board and Reviewer Panel. As an international platform for academic excellence in education and allied disciplines, the journal is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, transparency, and scholarly contribution.
To strengthen the peer-review process and enhance the academic quality of publications, AIJE seeks dedicated experts who are willing to contribute their knowledge, experience, and expertise to the development of the journal. Members of the Editorial and Reviewer Board play a vital role in ensuring the credibility, originality, and academic impact of published research.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should hold a Ph.D. (Doctorate) and be working as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Researcher, or Academic Professional in a recognized University or Institution.
- Alternatively, candidates with a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of teaching or research experience (as per UGC norms or equivalent standards) may also apply.
- The applicant must possess strong expertise in their respective research area or academic discipline.
- A minimum of 5 research publications in reputed national or international journals, edited books, or conference proceedings is preferred.
- Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to ethical academic publishing and peer-review practices.

Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers
Peer reviewers are responsible for critically evaluating manuscripts within their area of expertise and providing fair, constructive, objective, and unbiased feedback to authors. Their role is essential in improving the quality, originality, and integrity of scholarly publications.
- Evaluate the originality, relevance, and academic quality of submitted manuscripts.
- Assess the methodology, analysis, interpretation, and significance of research findings.
- Provide clear, constructive, and evidence-based suggestions for improvement.
- Maintain professionalism, objectivity, confidentiality, and ethical standards throughout the review process.
- Assist editors in making publication decisions based on academic merit and ethical standards.
Reviewer Guidelines
- If the manuscript does not match your area of expertise, kindly inform the editor promptly and suggest an alternative reviewer if possible.
- Reviews should ideally be completed within 1–2 weeks. If additional time is required, reviewers should inform the editor in advance.
- All manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents and should not be shared, discussed, or used for personal research purposes.
- Reviewers must avoid evaluating manuscripts where there is any conflict of interest, including personal, professional, institutional, or financial conflicts.
- If unable to complete a review after accepting the assignment, the reviewer should notify the editor immediately.
- Review comments should be respectful, professional, objective, and focused on academic improvement.
